Attention Investors!!! I need to tell you something and basically get it off my chest. I was discussing with some International Clients of mine the Real Estate markets around the world and they kept asking, well why did the residential real estate market in the USA take a nose dive and when will it be back to "normal". We all know that some areas have taken a harder hit then others and actually some realtors will tell you that these are "normal market conditions" and that what we had the past two years was "abnormal" and "unjustified inflation" which in turn created a much stronger seller's market. Something to that extent. If you want the statistics, there are a number of sources that will give it to you, I am just summarizing what I have heard through a number of sources. These conversations along with a few other things are the reasoning behind me writing this and wanting to make a Deal with you. Why, when, how, who, etc. are not the questions I am concerned with answering right now. All I want to do is see if we can come to an agreement. What I am interested in is something that will make us all happy in the midst of the current market conditions. Here is the Deal... Investors, take a look at my listed properties, mix and match what you like and make us an offer. What do you have to loose? Call me to discuss. Just because a property isn't listed for Lease and Sale does not mean that the owner is not interested in looking at these options. For example, if you are interested in purchasing the warehouse units that are available for Lease under Commercial Properties make us an offer. I will assist you in any way I can with the property values etc. Another example, I have spoken to the owners of the homes that I have listed and they have agreed to do either a LEASE OPTION TO PURCHASE after One Year or LEASE in addition to Selling.
